M KIRK CALL 27 NOV – MAURICE KIRK IS FREE!! – LATEST PICS – 2 DEC FRI.

Dear all, I enclose a recording from Maurice J. This would be fine if this doctor had the recognised qualifications to make such a report, but Dr. X has no such authority to do so, as Murice Kirk states. To add to that the report he did make regarding Mr. Kirk was blatantly untrue – the report stating that Mr. Kirk had tumours on his brain, which he DOES NOT HAVE IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. This false evidence has been used more than once to Mr. Kirks detriment in the past, and it is totally unacceptable that a report made by a doctor with no qualifications to entitle him to make such a report, which contains totally false information about Mr. Kirks medical condition, is used against him in a court of law,which is has been in the past, and more than likely will be in this present case concerning Maurice Kirk. There are other irregularities Mr. Kirk speaks of in this recording, and im sure you can discern them for yourselves. Maurice Kirk has been on hunger strike in Cardiff prison for at least 4 weeks and is being subject to the most horrific victimisation and miscarriages of law one can imagine during his stay there. He has been beaten by the prison staff so badly he had to be taken to Cardiff Central hospital where he was diagnosed with “suspected broken ankle{s}”. He is denied medication for various ailments, and medical treatment for bleeding stomach ulcers, to name just one ailment. Mr. Kirk is in the punishment block of the prison even though he has done nothing to warrant that, and is in a cell with no lighting or heating. FAO HMP Cardiff Governor / Cardiff Courts

1. I am on hunger strike because I am being refused a proper application for bail and to have my medical records clarified or corrected.

2. Also, both South Wales Police and HM Prison have conspired to confiscate my legal papers, computer, cash and proper access to both telephone and secretarial facilities to defend myself.

3.More importantly, the current reason for ‘HM Partnership Wales’ conspiracy to pervert the course is just to block my access to both the civic and criminal courts in the UK, in my civil action for damages due to 20 years of South Wales Police bullying.

4. 17 Oct 2011 county Court letter indicates my appeal for further disclosure of 10 MAPPA meetings,in both police stations and their forensic Laboratory, Caswell Clinic, was dismissed as I failed to attend on 28th Sept. 2011.  

5. Likewise with BS614159, appeals FD10C00242, FD10C00195 and current JRs,including CO/4298/2011 again because prison refuses my request to contact the court.

6. HHJ N. Cooke QC refuses, with Cardiff Magistrates, to consider my private persecution information laid against Dr X for falsifying my medical evidence at the request of the Police.

7.‘HM Partnership’ Wales refused to provide me of notify my legal representative alternativein my place, for High Court and administrative court 28th Sept & 4th Oct hearings, knowing Iwas seriously incapacitated during the first two weeks in my current remand in custody to face a Section 2 Harassment Act 1997 complained by Dr T Williams.

8. In September 11 I was transferred from London Police custody for ‘tape recording in court’, attempting to breakout of Tottenham Police Station, demanding my own lawyers hand over my own legal papers and best of this nonsense, conspiracy by aeroplane to abduct 6 young Nigerian children snatched by Haringey Council.

9. Cardiff Prison refuse me my legal papers, basic stationery to be able to interview my own defence witnesses or get proper medical attention.

10. By Sept 11 letters, the Independent Police Complaints Commission IPCC have given the South Wales Police dispensation from an enquiry of their ‘shoot to kill’ policy and painting the ‘machine gun’ a different colour to fool the Jury.

11. HM Prison refuses to release my faxes from my lawyer.

“I can confirm that he has been located, he is safe and getting a good night sleep.

They slipped him into the Court at 16.00 today.

He is FREE and safe.

He will NOT BE IN COURT TOMORROW – he is free and at a safe location.”

LATEST PICS OF MAURICE – having lost 20kg since being on hunger strike for over 4 weeks, with bleeding stomach ulcers {denied – see below}, suspected broken ankle{s} from being beaten by prison officers {see articles + recordings  below on this blog}  and other lies are told by the prison governer “Heidi Murray” and the “Healthcare Manager” a “Ms Mullins”. In a letter sent to a supporter it is denied Maurice has  bleeding stomach ulcers, that he is being denied medication,  and also that he is being denied medical treatment, plus a lot more untruths they try to palm off on supporters. 
SURELY CITIZENS TAXES PAID SHOULD NOT BE GOING TOWARDS THESE PEOPLES SALARIES!!  THEY ARE LIARS AND INCAPABLE OF DOING THE JOBS THEY DO THAT REQUIRE INTEGRITY AND A CERTAIN DEGREE OF HONESTY!! THEY DO NOT HAVE THESE QUALITIES!!

“Hi All,
At last I have received a reply from Governor Heidi Murray who states catagorically :

‘Healthcare Manager, Ms Mullins (who told me on the phone end of October that she was not aware of Maurice) states: Mr Kirk is currently being cared for within our inpatient facility. He has been assessed regularly by nursing staff. GP and Consultant Psychiatrist. Medication has been made available however sometimes he refuses on occasions.
Mr Kirk’s clinical notes have been reviewed by the consultant Gastroenterologist on 19/10/11; he does not report evidence of an ulcer. On the 5/10/11 and 10/10/11 his GP carried out some tests and there was no evidence of bleeding from the stomach. We will continue to moniton him.’

Gov: ‘  I cannot see how Mr. Kirk was not made aware of the reasons he had been remanded into custody as he would have been informed of this by the Court on that day. …..Mr Kirk has been informed every time he has been scheduled to appear in Court. ‘

In one of his many attempts to help the Musas, Maurice visited the ‘solicitors from hell’ called Powell Spencer & Partners in Kilburn High Road, for they had been withholding court bundles from the Musas and cancelled the Legal Aid certificate.

Their receptionist caused him problems which resulted in a ‘racially aggravated assault’ charge. This was supposed to have been heard on Nov 28^th in Highbury. Given the chronology below, god only knows why HMP Cardiff did not know about it and did not produce him for that hearing.

1.     Friday, 16 September we went to 290 Kilburn High Road (Maurice, Musas and myself) where we got to know the place for six hours and eventually, with the aid of police, documents were promised for Monday.

2.      Saturday, 17 September M & M went to Tottenham Police Station, with the Ms who had to report three times a week on ‘police bail’

a.      M was called back which resulted in a charge of ‘criminal damages’ as he had smashed a window worth £500 [he had been held unlawfully behind closed doors and the duty solicitor confirmed to me that he was right]; a hearing was scheduled for November 14^th in Haringey Court

i.     On the 14^th I was told that the hearing had taken place on the 9^th in his absence, when the case was dispensed with for ‘lack of evidence’

b.      That visit to the police cell of Tottenham Police Station resulted in a ‘forensic analysis’ by a psychiatric team apparently from St. Ann’s Hospital written on Sunday 18 September’

c.      The custody sheet says “DP (detained person) states he has ulcers and may be suffering from mental health.” Opinion: H/O mental illness. Paranoid delusional disorder and significant brain damage. Needs mental assessment. Says has brain damage / tumour and arrested for selling arms. Pilot flew to Australia and captured in Jaipur. Says he is a vet and author writing on bent police.” (Sounds familiar?  Dr Tegwyn Williams’ words!)

d.      A pre-interview document recorded by DC Sewart says “arrested at 18.53 on suspicion of having committed criminal damage and further arrested at 20:08 on suspicion of conspiracy to commit child abduction.”

e.      As M writes on his blog, strangely the same offence had also been formulated as ‘conspiracy to abduct children’ – applying to both the Musas AND Maurice – even though neither have any idea where the kids are, while it is rumoured that the eldest is dead [have we heard that before that charges are being changed?…]

f.       The Conditional Bail sheet says “not to contact directly or indirectly Gloria Musa or Joseph Musa” for the reason “interfere with course of Justice”. (Haringey Council stealing children.)

g.      In his particular smartness, Maurice asked to be represented by … Powell Spencer & Partners.

3.      On Monday, 19 September Maurice went to pick up not only the documents that had been promised but also the interview that the solicitor of Powell Spencer & Partners never gave him a copy of

a.      This visit resulted in him not being given the documents, but taken to Kentish Town for “racially aggravated harassment / alarm / distress by words / writing”.

b.      The hearing on the 21^st set the date for November 28^th.

c.      After being released, we went to Tottenham Police Station to recuperate his mobile phones. On that occasion, he was arrested because a Warrant for Arrest had been out by South Wales Police where he should have surrendered, while being arrested in London.

d.      This arrest led to 68 days in HMP Cardiff.

4.      Friday 2^nd December I’m told on the phone that he’ll be in Court 2 at 10am in Highbury Court. When arriving there, I’m told that they don’t have an estimated time of arrival. Meirion phones to say he left Cardiff at 10am.

5.      When I enquired at 2.30 the usher of Court 2 told me that he’d be heard on Saturday in Court 1 at 10am.

6.      Maurice was actually heard at 4pm and released after a little to and fro with the Magistrate.

a.      Without any money, he was given a ticket which he chose to use for the tube near my place, on two crutches due to muscular weakness, dragging a big heavy bag of ‘prison belongings’ behind him on the floor…

b.      His tenacity, fighting spirit and endurance are truly remarkable.

7.      By strange coincidence, he has two court hearings in Cardiff on Wednesday, Dec 7^th when the Musas (arrested on Monday 28^th) will be in Haringey Court – supposedly at 10am which means any time during the day.

a.      Gloria’s prison number in HMP Holloway is A 2767 CJ. Please consider using Email a Prisoner to send her a message and come to court and / or send someone else for support. I have heard and seen how judges do take note!

Maurice states in a call the entire hospital visit to Cardiff Central Hospital, where the suspected broken ankle{s} was diagnosed by x-rays has been completely erased from records. Just as his being on hunger strike has been denied by the hospital, so now is his hospital visit. It will be interesting to see how the prison and anybody else who wishes to deny things that have been denied by the dubious staff at this prison get away with it when Maurice presents them with the true facts and story on his release.
