These messages below were received from M Kirk today 20 Nov. 13, sent from HMP Cardiff. MK tells of: being assaulted again by the same warder who assaulted him before [see reference below], and the police refusing to accept his complaint about this. The letter from Willott – Cardiff Central MP – has been omitted as it is ongoing, this MP claiming MK is not her constituent as she read on MK’s site he was resident in MP Cairn’s constituency. It has been pointed out by recorded delivery letter to her that the information she’d read on this site was very much out of date and old info and not relavent in any way and that now MK is of No Fixed Abode and he is indeed a constituent of hers as a resident of HMP Cardiff and could she please uphold the public oath she took that came with the job of MP to have the citizens in her constituency’s welfare at heart at all times. Willott MP has a public duty to investigate the profound and outrageous irregularities inflicted upon her constituent Maurice Kirk for over 20+ years, which are now continuing at HMP Cardiff yet again with this latest assault MK tells of, along with legal visits being denied [see MK’s earlier messages], his legal documents being denied him and all the rest of it.
